Important Dates:

• Order Dates: 2 - 11 December 2023
• Payment Date: 24 December 2024
• Shipping Dates: Early January 2025.

Important Notes:

• On the product page, please wait a few seconds until the button changed from "Add to Cart" to "Pre-Order".
• You may choose to pay in full or partial payment.
  - Pay in full: 10% off on all pre-order items
  - Partial payment: 10% deposit is required.
• We will try our best to commit all pre-orders, however, there might be some circumstances that we unable to fulfil your order, eg.:
  1) NOT ENOUGH STOCK: If vendor limits the quantity that can be purchased per person at the event, and the pre-ordered quantity is larger than the amount that can be purchased, we will offer the item(s) on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  2) OUT OF STOCK: If the pre-order item is out of stock at the event, your pre-ordered item(s) will be cancelled.
• We will notify you if there are any changes on your pre-order.
• We do not split shipping the normal orders & pre-order orders. Hence If you have other products that are not pre-order items, and you would like to receive them ASAP, we recommend separating the items into 2 different orders.
